Episode Summary
Part two follows Recycled Virgin to Vancouver in 2019, where a work visa, stolen bag, replacement passports, temporary jobs, and frequent border crossings never stopped her from hashing across the Pacific Northwest. Within only a few appearances she was made GM of a leaderless club and continued organizing from afar even after returning to Wellington.
She explains how Zoom hashes, online songs, shared logbooks, and themed remote trails kept connections alive during COVID. The story then turns to New Zealand Interhash: visiting hashers, prelubes, trail permissions, last-minute logistics, social media, and the strain and satisfaction of helping a worldwide crowd move through her home region. It is a candid account of modern hash travel powered as much by persistence and online community as by flour.
